Information we collect

We collect information you deliberately submit through the contact and Tool, Workflow, correction and contact forms, including names, email addresses, website links and message content.

How information is stored

Structured site content and form records are stored in the Site’s native database. Uploaded editorial assets are stored in native file storage. Public pages do not depend on Sanity, Replit or the legacy PostgreSQL database.

Administrator access

The content administration area requires ChatGPT sign-in and an server-held email allowlist. Authentication data is used only to verify access and attribute administrative actions.

Analytics and cookies

This build does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It records a restricted set of anonymous product events such as a completed diagnostic, a copied workflow or a zero-result search. The event endpoint does not accept email addresses, names, free-text diagnostic answers, browser identifiers or advertising IDs. The hosting platform may process essential request data required to operate and protect the service.

• To review Tool and Workflow submissions, corrections and enquiries.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To maintain an accountable editorial record.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We retain submitted information only for as long as it is useful for the stated purpose or required by law.
